Q: What are my options for payment?  
A: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and Paypal. 

Q: Is my credit card secure?  
A: Our website is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing. It adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. Rizik’s does not store credit card information.

Q: How long for a charge to appear on my credit card?  
A: Approximately five days, depending on the cc company.

Q: How can I track my order?  
A: A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is placed and you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number once the order has shipped.

Q: How long to receive an order?  
A: Shipping by UPS ground normally takes 2 to 3 days on the East Coast.

Q: Might COVID-19 affect ordering and shipping?  
A: It is possible brief store closings will delay orders but we make every effort to avoid and minimize delays.

Q: Do we charge sales tax?  
A: No sales tax will be charged for orders delivered outside DC.

Q: Can I stop by and pick up my order at the downtown store?  
A: Yes. It can be ready for pick up approximately 24 to 48 hours after purchase, with allowance for weekends and holidays. A sales tax of 6% will be charged on pick up orders.

Q: How much is the shipping charge?  
A:  Shipping is free within the continental US. To other destinations, charges will vary depending on desired UPS Shipping Priority. 


Q: How do online products differ from in-store shopping?  
A: Because of reduced travel and required social distancing, we are making available to our clients selected merchandise at an extraordinary discount. The downtown boutique remains open at reduced hours (10-4) for those who are able to shop in person.

Q: Why is the online return policy (No Returns) different from that of the boutique?
A: Because the offerings on the online site are priced at a drastic (75%) reduction.

Q: How do I understand sizes from European designers?  
A: You may consult the conversion chart in our Fitting Guide.  All conversions are approximate and may vary according to the designer.

Q: Can I have the garments from my online order altered in the boutique?  
A: Yes. Additional charges will apply and will depend on the extent of the alterations. Please contact the boutique for an appointment.
